The issuing of T2 documents is also possible without your truck visiting our office - by sending an LRN number via e-mail to your e-mail address. This means that your truck can drive directly to the border and open the T2 document conveniently at the border without having to get out of the truck.
Explanation of T1:
Goods that come from outside the EU or have not yet been released for free circulation or cleared through customs may not be freely traded. Here you have a good solution with a Transit T1 document.
Explanation of T2:
A T2 document is issued for cross-border transport within the EU that passes through EFTA states or non-EU countries.
When exporting to an EFTA country, the goods must also be supported by an export and a T2 document. This allows you to prove that the goods are from the European Union. In this way, the consignment can be declared in the country of destination.
