Documents and their explanation:

  • T1 document

A T1 document is required if undeclared goods - which have not (yet) been manufactured in the EU and are physically located in the EU - are to be transported to another warehouse.

  • T2 document

A T2 document is required for transport from intermediate countries. This transit document is used for shipments within the EU to or through EFTA countries and the United Kingdom.

  • Certificate EUR.1

Several free trade agreements are in force within the EU. These usually lead to a reduction or exemption from import duties for mutual imports of original goods. We will issue you with a EUR.1 certificate as proof.

  • Certificate of Origin / CvO

The certificate of origin provides information about the origin of the product. In some countries, this document is required due to certain measures or restrictions in order to be able to provide evidence.

  • A.TR document

An ATR certificate is a customs document used in trade between EU countries and Turkey that shows the origin of the goods. If these originate from the EU or Turkey, you can import most goods without import duties.

  • Export accompanying document

The export accompanying document is proof that the export is authorised and replaces the export declaration. It is required if goods are exported to non-EU countries or if the goods have a value of more than 1,000 euros or a weight of more than 1,000 kg.
